Bircher Muesli 

With the summer weather approaching, what a perfect time to begin making those summer breakfasts.

This bircher muesli recipe is easy and time saving for those busy mornings.

A quick and easy recipe that is both healthy and nourishing.

- 2 cups rolled oats 

- 1/2 cup shredded coconut

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon 

- 1/2 cup raisins

- 1/4 cup silvered almonds

- 2 granny smith apples, grated 

- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste

- 2 tbsp honey

- 2 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk

- Greek yoghurt, sliced apple and berries to serve.


Place all ingredients for the bircher into a bowl and stir to combine.

Cover and refrigerate overnight until the mixture has soaked through.

To assemble place bircher into a bowl, add more almond milk to loosen if needed.

Top with greek yoghurt and fresh fruit to serve.
